When Payment Service Network (PSN) was founded in 1999, the company thought there were two goals critical to its success: First, to help businesses reduce expenses and improve efficiencies in the bill remittance process and secondly, to create the easiest methods and broadest choices for companies' customers to make payments. It seems the second goal is "ancient history" today, but PSN can pride itself on being one of the pioneers in creating the first truly all-electronic check—both paying and depositing funds electronically. PSN was equally successful in breaking new ground in integrating its payment engine with business accounting software allowing for the automatic posting of payments to ledgers.
Not resting on its laurels over the years, PSN has continued to stay ahead of the curve by creating more and more solutions to help businesses improve cash flow, eliminate error-prone tasks, simplify the remittance and billing processes and enhance their customers' experiences. Today, we can process any form of payment from traditional credit cards, ACH and paper checks to turning cash and bank bill system payments into ePayments. Since our company was built on the mission of helping businesses become more proficient, we didn't stop with just creating a payment engine. We made that engine even more powerful with the ability to create and deliver eBills and eCommunications. By tapping into these solutions, for example, you can reduce the cost of billing to as little as a half cent per customer or call your customers with an important message, such as an overdue balance wherein your customer can press "0" to make a payment. PSN's Account Management Center is where it all happens for you. We have created a portal for you to be able to make payments on behalf of your customers, view real-time payments, run reports, upload and download payments and balance dues, reconcile monthly statements and much more.
