Once you sign on to PSN, expect top-level service as you are introduced to your Implementation Team which can consist of a Service Account Manager, Trainer, Merchant Specialist and Integration Specialist. Your staff will be well trained. We have four, short training sessions specialized for different staff members. For examples, we have marketing training suited to your marketing department and payment reconciliation training for your accounting staff. After the training, you will receive ongoing support from your Service Account Manager. These highly trained individuals will be available to answer questions, resolve issues, provide continuous training and review your account to assure you are getting the most out of the PSN service solution set.
